BENCMARKING SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU KE Universitas Mercu Buana
Darmajaya melakukan Bencmarking sistem manajemen mutu ke Universitas Mercu Buana (UMB) Kampus Meruya Jakarta, guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan sistem penjaminan mutu internal Darmajaya
Tepatnya Jakarta – Pada hari Kamis 3 Oktober 2019, Universitas Mercu Buana menerima kunjungan dari Intitut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya, dimana kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk menindaklanjuti MoA yang akan di lakukan oleh IIB Darmajaya dan Universitas Mercu Buana.
Notulen :
- Struktur Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Mercubuana ada Dibawah Rektor
- Ada Unit Khusus yang mengurus Kenaikan Pangkat dan JA Dosen dengan memonitoring dan mengusulkan ke LLDIKTI, dosen hanya memberikan data kegiatan tridarmanya
- Anak Karyawan diberikan beasiswa untuk kuliah di UMB dengan Persyaratan yang berlaku (IPK, KE AKTIFAN, dll)
- Moto kerja yang disampaikan Rektor UMB : Kerja Jujur, Kerja Ikhlas, Kerja Cerdas, Kerja Keras dan Kerja Tuntas
- Tiap unit kerja membuat Sasaran Mutu Tiap Tahunnya
- Program Studi diminta membuat standar tambahan minimal 5 standar
- Jika load kerja di penjaminan mutu sedang tinggi maka memberdayakan siswa Magang/PKL
- Adafasilitator dari LLDIKTI yang menjadi pendamping untuk tim penjaminan mutu UMB
- Terdapat 30 Auditor Internal yang mengaudit berdasarkan resiko atau Base risk dan memiliki Sertifikat
- Gugus Mutu untuk Tingkat Prodi disebut penjamin mutu yaitu di pegang langsung oleh Kaprodi (masuk dalam Tupoksi)
- Penjamin Mutu tingkat Fakultas ada 1 orang, yang juga melakukan fungsi nya seperti Penjaminan mutu institusi
- untuk unit atau departemen non akademik masing masing ada 1 orang penjamin mutu
- Setuap tahun ada anggaran Benchmarking
- Ada workshop SPMI 5 sd 8 kali pertahun, pemateri diantaranya berasal dari pembina BAN-PT
- Universitas Mercubuana Masuk dalam 5 Terbaik penyelenggara PTS ASUH
- Adanya Penghargaan Untuk Tim Pengelola PT Asuh Unggul
- ada 8 Perguruan Tinggi yang menjadi PT Asuhan UMB
- masukan dari Penjaminan Mutu UMB ada Baiknya tidak hanya benchmarking tetapi juga mendatangkan narasumber ke Perguruan Tinggi Agar Lebih Banyak Yang mendapat Pengetahuan tentang Mutu, daripada mengirim beberapa orang untuk benchmarking
- Terdapat Renstra tingkat Program Studi
- Terdapat Renstra tingkat perguruan Tinggi
- Audit Mutu Internal Dilakukan 1 Tahun sekali, rencananya setahun 2 kali
- Kinerja Gugus mutu salah satu indikatornya adalah ke aktifan mengikuti Workshop tentang mutu
- Auditor adalah dosen yang menjabat, dengan model audit silang, tidak mengaudit unitnya sendiri
- MKP (Memo Koordinasi Program) yang ditetapkan oleh rektorat (capaian yang di tetapkan rektor) yang kemudian menjadi turunan KPI unit
- Kontrol dokumen untuk penjamin mutu menggunakan check sheet
- Untuk Akreditasi Internasioanal UMB diminta memiliki sertifikasi internasional (ISO 900:2015)
- Untuk membahas tentang akreditasi internasional secara lebih lanjut harus ada MOA terkait akreditasi internasional
